This is a traditional seasoned cast iron Dutch oven with no nonstick or Teflon-family coating. Cast iron cookware carries minimal PFAS risk because it relies on seasoning (oils/fats) rather than synthetic coatings. Great Jones has not made PFAS claims, but the material itself is the standard bearer for PFAS-free cookware.
