The Keb Eco-Shell uses recycled polyester with a water-repellent (water-repellent coating) finish, a feature that historically relied on PFAS but is increasingly available PFAS-free. Fjällräven has not publicly disclosed whether this jacket uses fluorine-based or alternative water-repellent coating chemistry.
